Aldie is a village in western Loudoun County with a historic core dating to the early 1800s and a surrounding landscape that has seen rapid residential development over the past two decades. Near the village center, older stone and brick houses sit on smaller lots close to the Aldie Mill Historic Park. The surrounding subdivisions, including Lenah Mill, Virginia Manor, and Aldie Estates, are primarily newer single-family homes built in the 2000s and 2010s with large floor plans, attached garages, and open-concept layouts. These newer homes were often delivered with builder-grade interior finishes, and owners are now upgrading kitchens, bathrooms, and interior spaces to a higher level of finish. The area's rural character and larger lot sizes give crews clear access and staging room.
